Dermatologic Issues
Allergic Reactions, Athlete's Foot/Fungal Infections, Insect Bites, Itchy Skin, Rashes and Skin Infections.
Ear/Nose/Throat/Respiratory
Allergies, Asthma, Bronchitis, Congestion, Cough, Ear Ache, Flu Symptoms, Runny Nose, Sinus Infection, Sore Throat. - These symptoms may require COVID testing while in office.
Urinary/Digestive
Abdominal Pain, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Nausea, STD Testing and Treatment, Stomach Ache, Urinary Tract Infections.
Other
Eye Infections, Fever, Migraine.
Student Physical Exams
School entry, sports, camp, boy/girl scouts, and college/nursing physicals - self pay pricing as can not be filed through insurances.

When drug screen or TB testing is required alongside a physical, test/screening will be completed prior to the physical. Employee will be required to have at least 2 separate visits between 48-72 hours apart to accomplish TB testing. Companies may pay for services or patient may self pay - unable to process these services through medical insurance.

TB/PPD Skin Testing

Tuberculosis / Purified Protein Derivative Test.
Test is administered at the first visit. Reading of the results is completed after 48 hours, but no later than 72 hours, and requires an additional visit. Reading of skin test is at no charge - we do not read placements done by other clinics.
